This is same diameter as surefire cans like garand thumb and tree use. A suppressor should not fit under most mlok handguards and most slip overs are really small in diameter. Very nice, one of the only cans with the proper diameter. I will be definitely be purchasing more item from here. I bought the 3" extension to get my desired spacing between the handguard and back of the Shroud.
